How It Came To Be
Last season at Reynolds Drive In I was a backup projectionist. During the season I had brought up the idea of having a Camp Reynolds Night to co-owners Jeff Fiedler and  Stephanie Davis. They liked the idea and a date was set for Sunday, September 11, 2022.
Preparation
With a lot to do, line up and get ready I got stated with the process. It was quite a task but the Lord supplied all that was needed.
Helpers
Ben, owner of Whitehead Eagle Print in Sharon hauled the tables, chairs and display materials down to the Drive In. He was my assistant throughout the night.
Jackie, who works at Leary's Studio in Greenville and her two daughters, Amy and Allison (both teachers) helped set up the display material. Jackie & Amy manned the ticket booth, and Allison took care of the sales of the books and dvds.
Kim, who works at Whitehead Eagle Print oversaw the display area and handing out of the free maps. Carol, retired school teacher and one of the people who helped proof read the Camp History Book filled in as needed.
Ben and Jackie brought everything back to my place and got them inside.
Ray
Ray, a friend from IN, formally of Greenville, PA produced an audio segment which was looped throughout the night until the show started. The segment was played on the Reynolds Drive In Radio Station. There was an intro of welcoming the people to the Camp Reynolds Night at the Reynolds Drive In. Then he acknowledged the sponsors and the gave the Drive In protocols followed by 20 minutes of World War Music. Click Here to listen to the segment.
Media
The week before the event I was on two Talk Radio Shows on WPIC 790. The Eric Bombeck Show and one other show on WPIC. The Record Argus, the Greenville newspaper ran an ad the week of the event. The night of the event TV station WKBN Channel 27 from Youngstown OH sent a news crew to do a segment for the 11 o'clock news. There was also a reporter from the Record Argus there.
